Dr. Sheikh Muszaphar in Milo advertisement
Salam & hello to all my dearest reader, few people make a request about how dr. sheikh muszaphar look alike in the Milo advertisement, so i take a photo with my sony ericsson when i stop by at Ipoh PLUS R&R (on the way to Universiti Sains Malaysia, Pulau Pinang for hockey tournament)
This is murali, my hockey teammate. Always share his thought and wonder about why so many women out there going crazy with this angkasawan even he already declared that he is not “available” anymore. (isteri orang pun ada yg tergila-gila kan dia tau!)
Then i snap this as a promise to my beloved reader, this is how dr sheikh look alike in the Milo advertisement. He play a ball with the boy that kick his ‘ball‘ during the photo shoot (this is not true) and i enjoy my neslo ais (nescafe + milo) after that.

Dr Mus is an Arab from the clan of ALMASRIE. He is not a Malay. So, stop applying Bangsa Melayu on him because his ancestors are Egyptians. And as you know, Egypt is one of the seven founding members of the Arab League and not the ‘Liga Melayu’. Somehow, I find it strange that Malays in Malaysia becomes retarded in differentiating between a Malaysian of Arab origin and a Malay. Hmmmm
Well actually Dr Sheikh is of mixed descent. Yes, he has the Arab lineage but he also has Indonesian blood (he mentioned this during the interview in Bandung, Indonesia in December 2007) and somewhere it is also mentioned that he has Chinese ancestors. He is a true tossed salad, a total rojak complete with the gravy. Just like me. Us salads always end up like the rope in a tug-of-war if we’re good, and denied our ancestry when we’re bad… so it is fortunate that salads in general are good and well-loved and healthy for the body and soul too
Which Arab in this part of the world does not have an Indonesian bloodline? Even my parents were Indonesians and my late Mom has Sunda heritage. Plus I also have Turkish and Ethiopian heritage as well BUT That doesn’t change a single iota that ethnically I am Semitic. And Egyptians are a Semitic race as well - no matter how rojak we are!

In Islam, we take our ancestry from the paternal line; therefore, he is an Arab. Mixed descent? Let me see, his father is from the Almasrie clan and his mother is also on the Almasrie clan. In case you’re not aware his parents are cousins - and that is an Arabic custom practice in the 60s and 70s.
