One of my friend told me that his computer get infected by virus which an annoying windows keep pop-up from the source …/inetinfo.exe So, is inetinfo.exe safe?

How to remove : If inetinfo.exe file is found in folder other than system32, than it could be a virus. Please delete inetinfo.exe if it is found on your pc except C:\WINDOWS\system32 but don’t forget to backup and create a restore point if anything happen.
