Salam & hello to all my dearest reader, this Sunday i will go to the conference at Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), RUC ’08 organized by Real Leaders. As claimed in their website, this event will be the first and biggest undergraduate events for 2008 and i dont want to miss this opportunity to be part of the history, maybe.
I already paid the fees for this event but im quite upset with the presentation of their website. Its not about their theme, layout or what so ever. Its about the friendliness of the website. No titles at the every page, javascript not working and its look alike “1 hour ready made” website, seriously. This is not good for the image of the event who promised “first hand knowledge on what is required to succeed upon graduation”

i’ve attended the conference on the 13th of jan n it was very beneficial n motivational especially to undergrad like me. with tun mahathir coming , dr sheikh muszaphar, dato’ siti n many other important person in their field sharing their thoughts n experience, i found this conference very interesting n every undergrad should attend it.
Well,i think RUC was a mere political propaganda rather than its real objective..since d general election is coming up,this conference was sort of a place for ‘them’ to gain some beneficial stuff lah for their party..i wasnt againts any party nor on d side of any party but when a conference like this involved politic intervention,it wont be d same..it looks mcm x ikhlas..heh
i’d say the conference was just OK..it was great to have d oppurtunity to hear talks from inaugural speakers esp. Tun Mahathir, Dato’ Ainon n the idea of bringing famous ppl to share their success in life in fact was a gud strategy to gain participants but what made me sad was to see our undergrads or so called future leaders were out of control when dato’ siti n dr.sheikh arrived..ppl were crazy runnin towards d pathway to take pictures,autograph..it was more like a concert rather than a conference..i think for d next conference they should organize an autograph session wif d speaker so there wont be ppl panjat kerusi n berebut-rebut to take pic lah,autograph lah.
well,since this was the first time they organized RUC,there were lots of lesson for d organizer to take note..i hope the next RUC will be bolder n better..all in all,it was an informative conference, minus the negative parts of the conference..gud job for d crews
