Yes it is true that Shahrukh khan is a very prominent actor and his movies are watched all over the world, but I don’t think this is the type of award that should be given to someone like him. There are many other filmmakers and actors from around the world that have made movies in this country, does that mean they will all receive an award each?? As you said, there are many people who are more deserving of this award. That’s my 2 cents

SRK is a legend.. His movie ran successfully for 10 years which is a huge record..

He has been in film industry for more then 20+ years working excellently and directing movies.. Also he has been kind and gentle to those millions of indian people,so they love him a lot!

Moreover He showcases in Hindi movies which are seen by billions of ppl all over the world.He certainly is one of the best actor in India.. Glad to see a award in his name!
