The busiest customer careline in Malaysia

Salam & hello to all my dearest reader, I think Touch N Go customer care line was the busiest customer phone line ever because I tried several calls from Friday evening till Monday evening but the programmed operator kept asked me to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait while my phone credits keep running. I just want to ask why my Touch and Go card credit balance disappeared after several use at Komuter station. Anyway, thanks to Touch N Go for the great service! I love to hear your programmed operator voices.

Biasalah tu. Dulu aku try call customer helpline JPJ, berapa kali dia transfer aku. Pastu aku dengar kat background, dia org dok berbincang mcm mana nak selesaikan masalah aku. Sorang pun tak tahu.
