Thumbs down to Mc Donalds & KFC at Berjaya Times Square
Salam & hello to all my dearest reader, today is public holiday (thaipusam) so as usual the easiest place to access via Star LRT when i got “outing” was Berjaya Times Square. Lets find out why im not satisfied with Mc D & KFC services.
Wah, so many people in queue and its a normal view right? Actually, I wanna try their Prosperity Burger meal so i just ignore the traffic jam and get into the line.
Once my order taken then i saw something that “unusual view” to me. A small parade of food tray. I taught its only at my counter but all counter are same! 2 thumbs down.
The tray keep counting and i dont know why they are so slow. Not enough man power? I dont think so. Got my meals after half an hour. Now i know why so many people queuing. 2 thumbs down.
Ok, maybe its just happen at the Mc Donalds restaurant but what a bad day, i got the same treatment at the KFC counter. Maybe their manager or supervisor are in holiday so they can “play-play” during work. 2 thumbs down.
To Mr. Manager, dont claim you are the fast food restaurant if you cant serve the meal as you claimed. Keep my words, Customer loves waiting!
Oh, good news to those who use the maybank services optimally. Now you dont need to go to Sungai Wang Plaza because this kiosk now operated at the Lower Ground Floor (near with Sub Zero shop) On the opposite site got Post Office.
To UPNM cadets, if you been detailed to do some ASB stuff i would like to recommend Berjaya Times Square because once your job finished you can go to Golden Screen Cinemas, Metrojaya, Lowyat, Starbucks, Borders, Bukit Bintang Plaza and so on. No more Cendol Sg. Besi, air buah gelas besar, nasi goreng bungkus and apam balik. Nice huh?
haha,..dlm gmba ke 4 tuh,..kt kfc,..i’m telling u all semua la kn,..lelaki yg dlm gmba tuh,..dah la service slow giler bab* kt kfc,..laki tu slalu je buat muka ketat,..cm haram je,..pastu nk mrh2 customers,..bengong,..budget bgs laki tuh,..aku mmg kenal muke die,..no manners,..da la customers la yg bg gaji kt die,..budget kfc ni bapak die yg punya ker???hahah

urgh..i benci mcm tu. kata kerja kat f&B tp takde professional customer service langsung. apa lagi, buat la mass email passing2 kat semua org

Uik? ingatkan saya jer yang alami macam tu, rupanya memang selalu terjadi. Dulu pernah salah sorang staf KFC BTS tu tiba-tiba menjerit kononnya tertekan sangat, sebabnya ada seorang customer cina nak minta tukar kepak ayam original. Panas baran betul depa ni, ntah apalah sebabnya.
itula..nak boikot tak bleh..aku suka dia nyer cheezy wedges
memang kfc and mcd kat times square sgt sucks..dah laa org ramai, servis lambat, kemas meja lembab..aku mmg tk suke makan kat situ..
in fact, agak kotor laa mcd tue, dengan meja yang sikit lg, patut dieorg upsizing, tkpun tukar tmpt..dh laa mcd tue jer satu2 nyer dlm times square yg setinggi 10 tingkat tue..
itula pasal..nak kena berebut tempat duduk pulak..
fast sekarang means not so late hehe..
Aku Suka Makan Fast Food Sebab Nak Jadi Gemok. Tapi Tak Gemok² Pon.. Lamer Tak Pegi TImes Square.
salah makan tu..kau kena biasakan minum air berkarbonat, banyakkan gula, makan cheese banyak2, makan burger, lepas makan tidur, malam makan, minyak bnyk, then cuba check kau nyer berat..naik tak?
aku pun dah lama xpergi times square..
pegila..bnyk dah berubah tau
yeah, i like their food. however they seem to have a long queue.

i wanna share my experience masa que nak order kat KFC Jusco di Equin Park.
Staff pompan yang amik order I ni bleh bergaduh main baling2 pinggan. Sampai my order yang ada ayam tumpah. Banggangg betul.
Pastu sempat bertegang mulut kejap,maki2 sama sendiri.
bad experience betullah.
Saper yang pergi KFC kat Jusco Equin PArk hati2 lah
