Kevin Preston of Prima Donna releases solo single “Caprice”

Prima Donna guitarist and frontman Kevin Preston released his first solo single “Caprice”.

“Calling out all old souls, wild children and real missing girls, here is Kevin Preston’s brand new debut solo (Prima Donna / Green Day, etc.)! It’s a hot shot of new-old-stock rock n roll that rolls as much as it rocks; walks as much as he struts; and mixes up as much as he stomps, ”a press release read. “Caprice is slapback-drenched rockabilly that feels like a rumble between the ghosts of Alan Vega, Vince Taylor and Gene Vincent.”

Listen to the track below.

“Caprice” will be released in seven inches via Wild Honey Records along with two other tracks: “Close My Eyes” and “I Know Where I Stand”. The seven-inch comes in three different colors (black, red, and white) and is slated for release on January 22. Pre-order a copy here.
