Slipknot releases ‘The Chapeltown Rag’ music video

Slipknot have released the music video for their latest single “The Chapeltown Rag”.

Directed by the band’s own Shawn “Clown” Crahan, the performance clip shows why Slipknot put on one of the best shows using footage from their tour last year. Plus, we get some close-ups of Corey Taylor’s gruesome new mask.

Recently, Taylor revealed that Slipknot’s next album has been completed and is in the final stages of mixing and is due out later this year.

“It’s all wrapped up, so it’s just being mixed right now, which is great news,” Taylor confirmed earlier this month. “So it’s probably going to take…I think it’s probably going to take another three months [before it is released].

“The work of art is finished. We just found the title. I’m not going to tell you now. But we are really happy. So hopefully in three months – well, less than that – we’ll release the single, then in three months we’ll release the album.

Slipknot will embark on the first leg of the 2022 edition of their Knotfest Roadshow alongside Jinjer and In this Moment starting in March. The rematch will kick off in May and feature Ho99o9 and Cypress Hill. Discover these dates here.
