Job overview:
Work as part of a small team in our West Seattle/Alaska Junction office to provide support to Sales and Operations team members by overseeing and performing a range of administrative and data entry tasks. This position is part-time (15-20 hours per week) with flexible hours within our office hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Salary: $22 per hour

Responsibilities include:
• Enter and update customer information in our database systems
• Run reports and produce spreadsheets
• Packing and mailing documents to clients
• Pick up documents at the printing house
• Track and order office supplies as needed
• Track office inventory
• Assist colleagues with a range of tasks

Qualifications & Experience:
This position requires at least 2+ years of working in an office environment, as well as strong Microsoft Office Word and Excel skills.

The candidate must be reliable, highly organized and detail-oriented; positive and professional; able to manage multiple priorities; and to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, other employees and customers. Attention to detail and computer skills are essential.

Experience with the following programs is helpful but not required: Salesforce, QuickBooks, InDesign, Dropbox, DocuSign
